Dr Rishaav Laalje

Dr Rishaav Laalje is the General Practitioner and Child Health Practitioner at Silverton Medical Centre. Dr Laalje matriculated in Durban and obtained his MBChB degree from the University of Limpopo (MEDUNSA) in 2013. Subsequent to his internship and community service he started private practice in 2017. He strives to provide patients with tailor made solutions to their health care needs. Thorough clinical assessment of patients coupled with the use of up to date evidence based medicine enables him to improve patient outcomes. Values such as compassion and empathy underline the treatment of patients under Dr Laalje’s care, he aims to forge long lasting relationships with all his patients.

"Whilst in practice he developed a keen interest in occupational health medicine and pursued his diploma in Occupational Health at the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal. He is registered as an Occupational Health Physician with the HPCSA. He is also a member of the South African Society of Occupational Medicine. Furthermore Dr Laalje has a wholehearted interest in the health and well being of children. In order to provide treatment of highest quality to all children under his care he enrolled for and completed a Diploma in Child health through the College of Medicine South Africa. He is the primary medical doctor at Silverton Medical Centre. He is supported by qualified personnel who have acquired adequate academic degrees, professional expertise and industrial experience in their various fields"
